Chris Pfund is the founder of Pfundamental Consulting. Chris’ career in hospice has spanned the course of the last 18 years focused on multi-state hospice startups, operations, compliance, finances andbilling, coaching and change management, and strategic human resource planning and optimization. Chris earned his BS in Marketing in 2006, his MBA in Human Resource Management and Health Systems Management in 2011 from Grand Canyon University, his PH.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2018 from Grand Canyon University, and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2022 from Aspen University. Needless to say, Chris is a lifelong learner and enjoys training and educating his clients to stay ahead of hospice regulatory changes.
